The euroMAT bedpan washer series offers with the model euroMAT basic a cleaning and disinfection device of the extra class. All patient utensils such as urine bottles, bedpans and bedside buckets can be cleaned and thermally disinfected in a single operation.
Bacteria, viruses, spores, fungi and parasites pose a risk of infection with pathogenic microorganisms. To reduce infectious diseases, it requires optimized hygiene processes, especially in hospitals, nursing homes and homes for the elderly.
To prevent possible nosocomial infections and prevent the spread of disease, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) recommends thermal disinfection for the reprocessing of medical devices. It is considered the safest method for decontamination and reprocessing, e.g. with the euroMAT basic bedpan washer.

Thanks to thermal disinfection, you achieve more hygiene safety with the euroMAT basic bedpan washer!
Thermal disinfection with the euroMAT basic bedpan washer is based on the strong heating of the objects to be disinfected (e.g. nursing utensils). The reduction of the germ count makes infection and thus further spreading unlikely. Water, skin or intestinal germs such as noroviruses, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli or salmonella can thus be countered with a validated process with high process reliability.
With thermal disinfection by the euroMAT basic bedpan washer, the objects to be disinfected are disinfected with high heat over the holding time (the time window with a constant high temperature). The measure of the effect on the pathogenic germs is represented by the so-called A0 value (as a function of temperature and time).
The A0 value, i.e. the measure of the effectiveness of thermal disinfection, is 600 (A0 value specification) for the euroMAT basic. Care utensils that are classified as medical devices from non-critical to semi-critical can thus be properly reprocessed.

The EuroMAT basic bedpan washer can be equipped with a wide range of accessories such as. with washbasins, a WC system, a pedestal sink, additional base cabinets, hanging cabinets, storage systems, worktops, basins and panels individually according to your wishes.
For the model euroMAT basic (as well as for the model euroMAT pro), we offer different designs as an option: You can get the bedpan flusher as a stand-alone unit, as an undercounter unit and as a high unit.
For technology protection, we have the Liquid euroMATIC, euroMATIC pH acid or Steckuron available, which protects the technology of the bedpan flusher around the clock.
At the customer’s request, all bedpan rinsing devices are delivered and assembled by our technicians.
All devices of the euroMAT series are TÜV tested and comply with DIN EN ISO 15883. This standard regulates the requirements for washer-disinfectors in terms of safety, hygienic operation and traceable performance. As a manufacturer, we are DIN EN ISO 13485 and DIN EN ISO 9001 certified.
For this purpose, you can combine euroMAT pro and basic individually with numerous accessories, such as a stand-up sink, additional base cabinets, wall cabinets, storage systems, worktops, basins and panels.
